IPYG Austria isn't polished, isn't finished, isn't glossy. We're Day 1, made in Vienna. This page just went live. The team is forming. And the first programme is already locked in: our Leadership Class starts on 21 June, together with IPYG Germany.

That's exactly what's great about it: you don't have to push through ten existing structures. You can shape what IPYG in Austria becomes from day one, in Vienna, in your federal state, online.

Behind us: a worldwide network with 1,700+ partner organisations across 131 countries. Ahead of us: a blank red-white-red page we get to write together.

This is the IPYG vocabulary worldwide, and what we're rolling out in Vienna piece by piece. Each format with its own status.

Run 2 from 02.08.

Leadership Class

Our Youth Leadership Program based on YEPC, together with IPYG Germany and Czech Republic. The first run is complete with around 50 participants from six countries; the second starts on 2 August. All details on the activities page.

Peace Walks

Visible peace on the street. Thousands of young people worldwide, one shared signal. Peace Walks happen once a year, and we're planning the next one for 2027 together with HWPL.

Cleanups

Peace work that gets its hands dirty. Donauinsel, parks, neighbourhoods, we leave places better than we found them. First cleanup in planning.

Cultural Exchange

Encounter, not stage. Young people from different backgrounds meet, in person, unfiltered, with real conversation. Format being designed right now.
